WSM Lab Results and My Career Objectives
Name: Barbara Garcia
PRM300: Introduction to Project Management
Date 3/8/2019
My project is called WSM Lab Results and my
Career Objectives.
The project is scheduled to kick off on Sat
3/02/19 and end on Fri 1/31/20.
Some of the major project modules include but
not limited to: Microsoft office training, and
identification of the relevant materials.
Daily commuting from the MA to the NY to
meet with the trainer is one of the issues that
are likely to interfere with the overall status of
the project under implementation.
Meeting with the firm with highest experience
can be challenging.
There are higher chances of the scope creep.
So far, there is no milestone that has been
accomplished considering the fact that the
project is at the preliminary stages
Microsoft Office Training has started though it
has not been successfully accomplished.
Developing the project outline is on schedule
There are many project modules that have been
scheduled to be completed within the reporting
period.
The current project is divided into major
modules
The remaining milestones will be accomplished
by embracing the best project management
metrics.

1) According to the weighed scoring model created, the family will be having steak and potatoes for Frank’s
birthday dinner.
However, now I am wondering if having leftovers should be weighed at 18%. I may decrease the weight there,
add atmosphere of restaurant and create another model.
2) This assignment helped me reevaluate what I thought I wanted and what was important when choosing my
birthday meal. Being able to look at the scores individually and the total weighted average for each choice
helped me evaluate my choices.
I also learned how to do weighted averages in MS Excel.
3) It took some extra time for me to figure out how to make the table visually appealing spreadsheet that prints
on one page. Then I watched the my learning video on tables and realized it was easy. Now I can create nice
looking tables at work.
