jeopardize your relationship with family or friends with this assignment. It
may be difficult for you and for the family member.
2. The client must be taking at least 4 medications.
3. Research the client’s medical condition(s) and the prescribed medications
the client is taking. Form questions that are not intrusive to interview the
client to collect comprehensive subjective & objective data.
4. Use various resources such as the Nurse’s Pocket Guide, Pharmacology
textbook chapters or the Drug Guide to identify at least 2 actual or potential
nursing diagnoses, plan goals, nursing interventions and evaluation of
response.
5. Use resources to develop a patient education/teaching plan for this client.
